No hidden extras – the only thing that ever changes is travel, and only for venues more than 30 miles away.
How is the travel charge calculated?
Travel is free within 30 miles of our base in Annesley, Nottingham. Beyond that, it’s 70p per mile for the extra miles there and back, rounded to the nearest £5 – so a venue 45 miles away is 15 miles beyond, there and back – 30 miles × 70p = £21, rounded to £20. Distance is measured as the crow flies, so it’s usually less than the drive.
Is the instant quote my final price?
It’s worked out exactly as in our terms, so it should match. Scott confirms your final price in writing when you book, once he’s checked your date and venue.
Do you travel more than 100 miles?
We don’t usually take bookings more than about 100 miles away, but message Scott – exceptions are sometimes possible.
What’s included in every package?
Delivery, full set-up and pack-down, a host on the day, clubs, balls, scorecards and a leaderboard. Every booking is fully insured.
