Grangefields is one of Derbyshire’s most contemporary barn wedding venues, combining modern architecture with rustic charm in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside. With its spacious courtyard, stylish Dutch Barn and beautiful outdoor entertaining areas, it’s the perfect venue for our luxury 9-hole wedding mini golf course. The venue has been thoughtfully designed for relaxed socialising, making it an ideal setting to keep guests entertained throughout the drinks reception while the newlyweds capture stunning photographs around the estate.

Our recommended setup is around Grangefields’ impressive circular fire pit area in the centre of the courtyard. During the drinks reception, the fire pit isn’t in use, allowing this spacious hard-standing area to become the perfect location for our 9-hole wedding mini golf course.

The circular layout creates a fantastic flow, encouraging guests to wander between each hole while chatting, laughing and enjoying a little friendly competition. As one of the main social areas at Grangefields, it’s perfectly positioned for guests to grab a drink, mingle and take in the atmosphere without missing any of the celebrations.

The hard-standing surface means the course remains perfectly playable whatever the weather, providing a reliable entertainment option throughout the day.

Later in the afternoon, the courtyard comes to life as Grangefields’ renowned live-fire cooking experience takes centre stage. The venue’s chefs prepare incredible dishes over the iconic fire pit and open kitchen, creating a memorable evening atmosphere as guests continue to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
