Where the course sits at Thorpe Garden
Thorpe Garden is a two-acre Victorian walled garden on a private estate at Thorpe Constantine, just outside Tamworth in Staffordshire. Once a kitchen garden supplying top London restaurants, it’s now full of colourful planting, with a contemporary Ceremony Room, a Summer House, a fairy-lit yurt and fire pits all tucked inside the old red-brick walls. We set our luxury Signature course out on the lawn within the walled garden, with the brick walls and garden cottage behind. As the afternoon turns golden the whole garden glows, and guests can wander over from the terrace with a drink, grab a putter and get stuck in.
