Wedding crazy golf hire prices
Four packages from £529. Every one is delivered, set up, hosted and packed away, and the price I quote you is the price you pay.
The packages
Silver, Gold and Platinum use the Signature course. The Classic package uses the brighter Classic course.
“One time slot” means either the drinks reception (set up before the ceremony, packed away during the wedding breakfast) or the evening (set up during the breakfast, packed away around 8 to 8.30pm). Gold and Platinum cover both.
If you need something in between, ask. I’ve done plenty of custom packages.

What every package includes
- Delivery, set-up before your guests arrive and packing away at the end
- Me there the whole time, keeping play moving and the course tidy
- Clubs, balls and scorecards for every guest, plus a leaderboard
- A welcome sign with your names on
- Full insurance, which your venue will usually ask to see
- A chat with your venue beforehand about where it goes and what happens if it rains
The small print
Booking. A £100 deposit holds your date. The balance is due six weeks before the wedding.
Travel. Free for the first 30 miles from my base near Nottingham. After that it’s 70p a mile for the extra miles, there and back. The instant quote works it out for your venue.
Staying later. If you’d like the course out past the usual finish in the evening, it’s £50 for each extra hour.
Rain. We agree a plan with your venue beforehand. If heavy rain means I can’t give you what you booked, you get a full refund, deposit included.

Are there any extra costs?
Only travel beyond the first 30 miles, at 70p a mile for the extra miles there and back, and £50 an hour if you’d like the course to stay out later in the evening. Nothing else.
Which package should we choose?
Most couples go for Silver. If you’ve got a long gap between the ceremony and the evening, or a lot of guests arriving for the evening, Gold gives them a go at both. Send me your timings and I’ll tell you honestly which one I’d pick.
